I ordered a fuel filter for my volvo. I was told 3 days for delivery. It has been 6, so I went in. They asked if someone had called.I told them the part was already overdue. Then they checked and said the computer said it was there, but they couldnt find it. I had to borrow a car to use and I wont be using a vender that cant deliver on time or find parts in their own store. Through out this entire time dealing with workers and management not once did I get a "We screwed up or we are sorry", To them I was just another bitchey customer and the way they deal with a problem is to give a refund and pretend it never happened. I just wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. I would suggest anyone looking for parts try Auto Zone on milpas street.
