I thought this was going to be a great place to take my adopted dog, was I wrong! I felt very rushed both times that I visited. They did not weight my dog properly the first time (they said she was 29lbs) and prescribed heartworm medication for a dog up to 40lbs, when I weighed her at home she was almost 50lbs. So I had to go back to exchange it for the correct dosage. On that visit the person that was helping me was very rude to me and actually almost mean to my dog. I also had her nails clipped and wouldn't you know it, they did not clip all of them! Needless to say we will be finding a smaller facility that has a staff capable of doing their job as well as being pleasant with their patients.
