My custom van got serviced many times for reoccurring problems with the air conditioner, and key/lock cylinder. They also repaired the side bumper fascia which took forever, and should have been replaced with a new part for the money that we paid. However the staff and management was very friendly, and explained that some service techs have problems with custom vans that is no longer in production. We understand that the manager moved to Chrysler Palace so we will be going their for future issues.
