Arbor Nomics is the best. They treat our lawn, trees, and shrubs. They also do great tree work with on-staff arborists. In fact, they are in no rush to cut down trees if they don't need to be. I have trusted them with my yard for 8 years now, and have never had a problem. They keep their staff for years.
