I took my puppy in for the vaccine clinic for his boosters. I called ahead of time to ask how long it takes, they told me it could be as long as an hour. I arrived 15 minutes early and signed in. There were only three other patients ahead of me. An hour and a half later, I still hadn't been seen. I went and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she said "Um, you are next to go into the room."(not to see the vet, just to go into another waiting room). I asked if it would be another long wait after I got into the room she said "Well, yeah. It could be." I asked about how long, her response? "I dunno." So, after waiting an hour and forty minutes I finally just walked out. The portion of the staff I spoke with were not friendly or helpful in any way. Isn't the point of a vaccine clinic so you can get as many pets their vaccinations in as little time possible, therefore preventing the spread of disease?
