We built a new home in Leander and went to Conn's in Cedar Park to by some new appliances. We bought a new high-end washer and dryer. We also bought a new refrigerator and LCD TV that were both sold as ""new"" floor models. The washer and dryer were sold as a ""pair"" with rebate from the manufacturer. They were not a pair and at first the manufacturer denied the rebate. After explaining what had happened Whirlpool did send us a rebate. Kudos to them for doing something they did not have to do. The new LCD tv was delivered without power cord, remote or paperwork. The delivery crew was very appoligetic and told us that they had voiced their concern to the store. We went back to the store and were told by the salesman that we were ""stuck"" with the TV but he would get us a remote and power cord, which he did. Sould have bought the new one I originally looked at instead of buying the salesmans lie about returns. Lastly, it has been over 3 months and we are stilll waiting on our delivery rebate from Conn's. We will never buy anything else from this store or any other Conn's.
