horrible customer service, the manager is a b****, she was very rude when I asked for a pair of shoes and all she did was talk trash about previous paying customers and the things they asked for, I also saw her and her assistant manager turn down several returns because they said that the shoes were dirty, but once the customer left she said she just didn't want to do the return, overall horrible customer service and very rude to customers, if you have to go to a journeys go to frisco, grapevine or denton, they have all been nicer to me as a paying customer
