October 2006, I couldn't run a quarter mile and struggled my whole life with 50-60 extra pounds yo-yo-ing. I have never been an athlete, but for some reason, Tiffany's Bootcamp intrigued me- so I signed up! My attention span is not great- so miles of running or an hour of spin or step classes is just not an option. I get bored. Well- you don't get bored with Tiffany. In fact she makes sure you never know what is coming. For one year and nine months I have been getting my but kicked by Tiffany, 3 times week! Tiffany's progressive approach of cardio mixed with strength has been the key to my success. If she sees something is getting ""easy"" she adds weight- reps anything to make you challenge yourself. Now- almost 50 pounds later I am participating in triathlons, and am in the best shape of my life at 38 years old!
