My daughter went to Tender Trap in Canton Mass. for an up-do the day of her Senior Prom and came home in tears! She went there with a photo of what she wanted - half up, half down, spriral curls in the back. Sounds simple, right? It turned out very messy, and lacking any curl. She told the stylist to stop running her fingers thru the back because the curl would fall out, but she kept doing it anyway, and the curl indeed fell out. I took her to another local salon to have it re-done and they suggested that I call Tender Trap to let them know that we were unhappy with the service, so I did. The man who answered the phone talked over me, and proceeded to tell me that they had alot of girls to work on that day due to the prom, and blamed my daughter for ""changing her mind"". No apology, no nothing except bad attitude and bad customer service. I will not recommend Tender Trap to anyone.
