contrary to the previous review, i have always found the folks at green furniture hospital more than helpful. my herman miller chairs were not able to be fixed without sending them back to the manufacturer - i was advised what next steps to take. recommendations were made. they were also kind enough to reassemble two broken chairs into one functioning unit. they charged me nothing for this service. i appreciated that and their honesty. the local high end design furniture retailer recommended them\r
