This concerns Dan McGuinness in Franklin, TN. They charged me twice for my bar tab ($25 x2= $50.00!) and they have not fixed the issue after repeated phone calls. This happened over a month ago and every time I call, someone writes down my information and says the manager will be in tomorrow. Evidently this bar does not have anyone in charge during open hours....which also explains their horrible customer service! I've called 3 times this morning and they don't even have an answering machine to leave a message! I hate this place!
Pros: if you like wasting your time and money, this is the place for you!
Cons: If you want friendly service, good food, and not getting ripped off by the bartender, go somewhere else!
