Poseidon Pools is a poorly run and poorly organized pool management company. We paid Poseidon Pools $155 for a 2 hour Private Pool Party. We had to pay more money for 3 lifeguards. The morning of the party, their lifeguards let another birthday party in before we got there, let them have their party without paying, and couldn't get them to leave! Now, Posiedon won't refund us our money and says it's not their fault!!! They wouldn't return any of my phone calls. Finally I spoke to their owner -- Terri -- and she was very ugly to me on the phone! Where's all that ""down home customer service"" they brag about on their website? I will never receommend Poseidon Pool Management to anyone and I encourage anyone who has them to re-evalute their services.
