Lousy service. Took them over 3 weeks to do simple repair after quoting 4-6 days. Labor on bill was 1.5 hours. (3 1/2 weeks in the summer!) . My boat is not a $50k Mastercraft so it was constantly being put off. Very rude on phone when called to check on it. Asked 4 different times to call when information was available. Never called. Would not have even known it was done unless I had called. They never called to say boat was done. Stay away. It would be worth trallering the boat to Louisville to have a professional do the work.
Cons: Rude, no communication, delays, no quote, pricey, did I say rude?
