I am a 39+ year old female homeowner. I went here for a part for my washing machine and was told I had the wrong part number, which I did not, and called ""Honey"" and ""Sweetheart"".\r
Their 800 number was even less helpful.\r
No woman who's attempting to fix her own washing machine should have to endure being treated as if she were stupid, and called ""Sweetheart"" by a strange man.\r
I went to A-1, even though they were all the way in Bellevue - they were respectful and helpful. Try them first.
