I have been going to Redmond Pilates for 3 years and have been pleased with the professional and courtious staff. As of January 2008 there was a change in management, and it has been in a free fall ever since. The new management does not care about customer service. I do not like the attitude that prevails. They are rude. and aloof. I walked in the other day and the manager and instructor who knew me, did not acknowledge me at all. They also have raised the rates for certain classes that are not even competitive with the other Pilates studios in the area. They also change the class rates without notifying the clients.\r
They have been loosing customers since the new management took over and i thought i would stick it out and see how things went.\r
Well, it was the last straw when i was treated rudely by the manager the other day. She actually had the nerve to tell me that i didn't come very often.\r
It's too bad because it is convienent class time and location for me, but i will not be returning there as long as the current management is there. I will go to another Pilates studio.\r
It's unfortunate because it is a great location, nice facilility and the instructors are good. It's just the management. I hope the owners do something about this before they loose all their clients. \r
