I faxed a bakery order to Capi's on Thursday to be picked up on Friday at 3:00. Friday morning I called to confirm they received my order. I was told they did, but the cake wouldn't be ready until 3:30, which I was okay with. Due to a very busy schedule on Friday, I didn't have time to pick up the cake on Friday. So Saturday morning I went to pick up the cake. IT WAS NEVER MADE. I saw my faxed order taped next to the fax machine, but the two employees couldn't find my cake. They also called another store, but that store didn't have it either.
