My husband and I relocated to a different state in 2006. We went ahead and cancelled all our contracts for our house in Memphis and the only one we have been having issues with is Fort Knox Security and Turfco. As we read the reviews we though we had posted all of them since they reflect the same experience we have had with this company: phone calls never returned, account being audited, accounting department changing software... it also seems we can never get someone in upper management to get this issue resolved. One thing that we did that helped stop the wrongful billing was to contact the credit card company. We sent them all the documents showing the notice sent to Fort Knox/Turfco to suspend all services and they took care of the issue for us. It's just amazing that a company is doing this!!! In the past few days we got two bills for contracts that WE NEVER RENEW!! What part they don't understand... we have not been in that house for a year and a half!!! If there was a choice of zero stars, we would have chosen that one...
