I have lived at Central Park Apartments for about 2 months. I have had the maintenance guys in our apartment at least 4 times first is was a broken fridge then it was a leak in the shower, but that?s not the big deal the big deal is, WE PAY FOR A GATED COMMUNITY not for the gates to be open all night long, my boyfriends car was stolen this last weekend because the gate was LEFT OPEN! NOW I have heard that we have security go though 8 times a night, that?s once an hour the gates should be closed from 6pm-6am, now I don?t know what the rent-a-cops are doing but they are not securing the place all they are doing is towing cars. I have had problems after problems. Save yourself the headache.
