I hated living there. Even though you pay for pest control, it is still a problem. The kitchen is too small and the oven could not maintain a constant temperature. The office staff was not helpful and the security measures were moot because they didn't work most of the time. Parking is a little ridiculous because there isn't enough space so you have no room to get out of your car. The location is very close to city government and the USC campus. Overall, i do not recommend this building.
