I had my 2003 Honda Civic towed here after I left the lights on while at work, rendering the battery useless.
Pros: The second service manager I dealt with was very sweet and willing to help out.
Cons: Diagnostics were incorrect, defective part installed, car broke down on way home from the shop, massively inconvenient.
