I bought a sampling for the entire office so we could try everything!! The pork ribs were excellent! I loved the Hot BBQ sauce, it was a bit too hot for only 1, he's weak! lol The medium had a small kick but the kick of the Hot was perfect to me! We got the pork shoulder, very tender! And a pulled pork sandwich, it had a lot of sauce and if you are one for not a lot of heat, get medium sauce on this one. We got the Beef Ribs, a little tough; I'd stick with the pork, which were perfectly cooked. This is a true BBQ joint, not a cheesy boiled rib place. The Mac and Cheese, so yummy, authentic mac and cheese for those who have never tried it! Coleslaw was not overly dressed and very good. Beans were perfectly cooked and tasted oh so delicious! I kinda went with the other reviews on my side sampling. The coleslaw they ran out of I heard them tell people say so get it while they got it! Oh and the sweet potato pie, yum, yum! The sodas were canned and so cold! So venture out and try this place. There was a great mix of customers, everyone was friendly and hungry for BBQ. Great BBQ brings people together and this is great BBQ. There was a bit of a wait for our big 'ol order, 35 minutes. But those who ordered just a sandwich had them lickety split! The lady at the front counter was very pleasant and helpful. I will definetly be back. I bought a bottle of their Hot BBQ sauce to try to relive the delicious experience brought to you by Jay Bee's!
