Last week I purchased two turquose wedding bands. A stone fell out of one after a few days. I brought it back today and was told that there was nothing to be done about it. After some argument I was finally given an exchange. The ring that was exchanged was not exactly the same as the one I had bought. I was even willing to take a store credit but was told I was lucky that they were even giving me an exchange. I would hope that I can be responsible for others not shopping here.
Cons: does not stand behind it's merchandise.
