The absolute worst management company in Orlando. I have had nothing but problems from this inefficient organization since renting a unit in Delaney Park in September of 07. Renters and buyers beware!!! I currently am living with a flooded kitchen due to a faulty AC compressor and have been told to schedule my own work order and repairs for this dump of a rental that I am paying nearly a grand for every month....lovely...its a one bedroom one bath with an indoor pool (flooded kitchen)
