I waited 1 hour and 45 mins to see the PA for 20 mins only to be asked the same question rephrased 8 different ways just to wait an additional 25 mins to see the doc only to be told i needed to say an additional 2 hrs for the first part of my treatment.. They wouldnt even explain exactly what it was for until asking repeatedly to 3 different people and finally refusing to continue until i was completely informed. They couldnt seem to explain why they couldnt have started or completed the first part of treatment while i was waiting the first 2 hours. This may have just been a bad day for myself and the clinic i wouldnt go back if i didnt absolutely need to. hopefully my next visit wont be so unexpectedly long. I recommend if this is your first visit plan on being there no less than a little under 3 hours and bring an i pod or a book to pass the time waiting in the exam room!!! If the doctor wasnt so great i would tell everyone to stay away just dont expect to much from the PA... GOOD LUCK!!
