Being a poor college student being close to school and work was a nice. I must say the staff are nice; they even plan socials every month. The location is close to both downtown and to University of Houston. The security on the other not the best the security code gate is broke most of the time, but there is during the day a police community service office open in front with officers in and out all the time. Maintance is quick and accurate. As a first apartment for a freshman college I really did enjoy my time here. Ms. Dansaha is a lovely lady and very helpful.
