I have been a patient of Dr. Demarino at this same office. He is one the best and nicest doctors I have had. Now I do agree sometimes I had to wait. But the only time I have had to wait an extended period of time is when my Dr was stuck in surgery or another patient had a medical emergency. Yes I was not happy because it takes me 40-45 mins sometimes to get to his office but I understood. I think I have the other doctor you mention once because Dr. D was on vacation but I don't recall him being unprofessional, but I do prefer Dr. Demarino. Sometimes a certain receptionist is very flighty but they are all nice.
