This is a typical big chain store, the staff have limited experience and no-one really cares. I normally have to wait at least 15 minutes before i am serviced at checkout. They have a major accident waiting to happen, their trolley park is dangerous as it is on a slope in front of the shop doors. The trolleys are free to roll down the slope and injure someone. They really need a dedicated trolley park on level ground. Also, the ink refill machine is never working. I always try and avoid this store if i can.

Cons: congested checkout and lanes, lack of experienced staff, variety of products, unhelpful and much more.
