John and all the other members have been prompt, extremely available, and helpful for all types of questions. Computer knowledge in our office has grown, and things have been explained clearly and accurately. He has had to integrate home links, intra-office links, and has had to deal with less than perfect support from an outside software group that our office is dependent on. He has managed to balance them all. Great personality with great communication skills and lots of patience.
