I recently had a Panasonic Plasma fail under warranty. I called panasonic and they said they would dispatch a call and get someone out soon. Withing 24 hours Telco called and talked to me about my problem. We went through what kind of symptoms my tv was having and made sure it wasnt just something I was doing on my end. Afterwords, they said they would pre-order the part for the unit and be out the next day(Panasonic overnights parts which is fantastic!).
