I agree with everything that has already been said, but as no one has reviewed Garrets in awhile, I wanted to let everyone know it's still got it!! The best part of this bar was that it was an unexpected suprise for two out-of-towners just exploring the streets. Charming atmoshere...Our gorgeous Irish bartender (not kidding) had plenty of recommendations for us - the spinach seafood fritta for brunch (paired of course with a fresh Goose Island on tap)...The flat screens inside allow for viewing of that day's Cubbie game, or the outdoor patio allows for people watching. We will definitely stop by next time we are in town!
