This is my second BAD experience with the billing department. My husband and I went in for the same procedure in 2007. They tried to bill me for my procedure, and I finally got it figured out after much hassle between the billing company (Lab Medicine Consultants) and my insurance company.
Now, 3 years later, they are trying to bill us for my husband's procedure! Again much going back and forth with them and my insurance to no avail. And now they have sent me to collections for a payment that is NOT my responsibility.
