Where to start....My family and I came to celebrate my birthday at buca di peppos for dinner. After reading the reviews, I was very eager to try this "" cozy "" Italian restaurant. What a disappointment. The service was absolutely horrible. Our server probably said 5 words to us the whole night. Our server kept forgetting to bring our beverage order to us (2 sodas) and finally managed to bring them about 10 minutes after our appetizers arrived. Once the main entrees arrived our server immediately dropped the bill off which definitely left the impression she wasn't there to give us further service. As for the food, it was just okay .....large portions but not very special in taste. Hopefully my experience was a fluke but I won't be coming back.
