I was very impressed with the time the owner spent with me giving me information about the chemicals for my pool so I could keep it clean until my first appointment day. I also found out that their prices were very competitive (even online prices were not as competitive as theirs).
Pros: good customer service, honest responses.
Cons: none that I could say.
