I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon and was told that they might not be able to finish the car up before the weekend (a holiday weekend and the following Monday they were closed as well). I was told that it would likely be done Thursday the next week. Even though it would mean an entire week without my car, I was okay with it. It was Wednesday of the next week (1 day before my car was supposed to be done) that I got a phone call saying "we have to wait for parts fo come in, and they won't get here until Monday". (keep in mind that they have now had my car for one whole week and are just now telling me that they are waiting on parts) I asked if I could have my car until the parts came in and they said it was all torn apart so I would have to wait. I was also told that my car was "first in line" and would be done as soon as the parts came in. Wonderful. At this point I had to get a rental car which cost me about $40/day. I am told it should only take a few days to finish up once they get the part on Monday.
