I recently had a problem with my ground-level plumbing (water backing up into the shower). After talking to several plumbers, I chose Downtown Plumbing based on my initial conversation with Rich. His rates are reasonable (lower than the other plumbers I talked to), but his real strength is his ability to clearly communicate his thinking and plan of attack. Rich and his workers did the job (installing an external cleanout, examining the main sewer line with a camera) quickly and professionally. I'll definitely use him again in the future.
