I totally love this place. I have been to tons of places in NYC and grown quite tired of the pretentious and foo foo type clubs where everyone is trying so hard to impress strangers. Bartinis is not the case. Just a bunch of people who want to have a good time.
It's one of those great hole in the wall places that I just keep coming back to. Why?
THE DJ! He's fabulous! I have been living here for 27 years and I can say that the music is far better here than any of the hundreds of other places I've been before. If you're looking to dance and have a good time with a great looking crowd, then this is the place. Thursdays (ladies night) and Friday nights are the best. The best dj works those nights. He spins everything from old school hip hop to 2008 soca to dance to r&b to.....EVERYTHING!
The new manager is very attentive and inviting, qualities you usually don't find in nightclub managers,so you're sure to be taken good care of.
This is the spot.
Pros: Thursdays and Fridays DJ, comfortable, Great music
Cons: Gets crowded.
