I have a cat who was starving to death (a stray) that other vets refused to touch because his mouth was so infected. He was stinky from infection and not being able to clean himself, he was gray where he should have been white. He had double entropia (his eyelashes grew onto his eyes), which covered his eyes in pus. Dr. Ann Addams immediately recognized this and though she'd never done the procedure before, surgically fixed the problem and stuck her hands in his mouth without fear! I can't sing her praises enough. I've seen others in their practice and feel they are of the same caliber as well.
