The plumber that came to our house was very knowledgeable and solved the problem very quickly. They were sent out by our home warranty company. The plumber was obviously overbooked and did not make his arrival time, but did keep his promise to come as soon as he could. He was very nice and polite and kept apologizing for being so late.
