First of all... I was told to come back in an hour and my watch would be ready. I was getting the battery changed. I came back 7 hours later and he had not even STARTED working on it. So I had to stand there waiting for him to change the battery.\r

When he was done with it there was a big scratch that was not there when I brought it in. He accused me of lying, saying that it was there. I told him that I look at this watch EVERY single day (for the past 8 years) and I would notice a big scratch. He grumbled and took the watch back and started working on it again. He came back with it after buffing it and whatever else he did with it several minutes later and it looked better. But I noticed that there was a white ring of maybe condensation under the glass!?! What kind of shoddy job was this? So he grumbled and took it back again to work on it. Several minutes later he gave it back, and now there was lint under the glass. UNBELIEVABLE!! I was upset about the watch because it was a gift from someone and had sentimental value and I told him that. He told me that I shouldn't cry about it because it wasn't a big deal. But it wasn't just a simple statement, he went on and on about it. How would HE know!? I had already told him that it had sentimental value. Then he made fun of me. Now I got upset, and with tears in my eyes I told him I did not appreciate how he was treating me as a customer. He told me not to come back (as though I would want to after this experience). And I told him that I wouldn't want to return and that he would receive a bad review.\r

Who knew so much could go wrong when changing a simple watch battery. I am a very mellow person, but this was just ridiculous and I don't understand how you can treat another person (and a customer!!) like that.\r
