Tri-D Fitness is awesome!! I interned there last summer and everyone is so nice and helpful. When training someone you get PERSONAL, one-on-one help, where you don't have to worry about 10 or 20 other people around you taking up your personal training time. The trainers use methods that I think are so much better than cliche gyms like 24-hour or Bally's. They incorporate every aspect of fitness in to their sessions, which means that you don't only go away with a slimmer waist or bigger arms, but you also get training for your ADLs (Activities of Daily Living.), such as sitting down and getting up from a chair, or lifting something with your legs as opposed to lifting with your back, etc. Many of the people who are trained at Tri-D have memberships to the aforementioned or other gyms, but when it comes to being trained they go to Tri-D Fitness because they know that they will be getting first-class service.
Pros: One-on-one training
Cons: Nothing - it's a great studio all around
