It is just terrible when my order is ALWAYS messed up. I know it happens everywhere, but it is worse at this one. The other day, I ordered 3 ""Big & Tasty"" meals. When I got home, I noticed that one of the burgers had NO meat, one of the burgers had TWO top buns, and the other burger had TWO bottom buns. When I called up there, the lady said she knew they were like that, but she would only replace ONE of the burgers. not only did they know my food was messed up, and still gave it to me, but she wouldn't make things right. I ended up having to email Corporate, and they are now going to mail me free coupons for THE WHOLE order.
Pros: McDonalds has good food
Cons: Their staff is TERRIBLE!
