After reading many reviews on CitySearch about Appearances, I decided to try it out... BIG MISTAKE. \r

I went in to get my current haircut trimmed, and left with nothing more than $50 wasted and a horrible cut I have to grow out. I told the girl I wanted my current cut just shorter and more shaped. I also explained I was growing my bangs out ..AKA DON'T CUT THEM. After spending 5 minutes talking over the cut I was confident that she understood what I wanted. \r

The cut I left with was the complete opposite of what I asked for, and worst of all, she cut me SHORT bangs (They don't even touch my eyebrows.) The bangs are all different lenths, some 1/2"" long, others 1 1/2"" long. The back of my hair is choppy and nothing like the horseshoe a-line look I asked for. \r

When I walked out, it was obvious that I was not happy with the cut, and the woman working upfront (I believe she said her name was Sonya?) brushed it off like it was no big deal. \r

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
