I started at Active Body Pilates in March 2008. The studio is brand new with state of the art equipment. Jana is a fantastic instructor with a great sense of humor. We've come up with a very effective workout that is tailored to my personal goals. I meet with her for one on one reformer trainings and my fiance and I take the mat class on Saturday morning. I've noticed a huge difference in my body shape (it's smaller!) and my core strength has tremendously increased which has really imporved my posture. It's a fantastic workout for those just discovering pilates to the advanced! I highly recommend Active Body Pilates!
