I ordered a cord of firewood after they assured me it would be all hardwood but they delivered about half softwood mixed with half hard. I called to question why and was told they know softwood is mixed in but ""just"" tell people it's hardwood because there's no pine. I'm shocked that they see nothing wrong with this! Softwood doesn't have the heat output that hardwood does. They offered no apology or remedy for my dissatisfaction.
