When LB took over our building, it was a complete mess. Everything was in chaos due to the abrupt changes in our previous status quo and the loss of our management company. In the midst of all that, I learned that we were not compliant with some serious issues including our 5-year sprinkler certification. Our LB supervisor stepped into the chaos and brought it all down to a dull roar, so to speak. I really appreciate all that our supervisor and the LB Sherman Oaks Office did to get us on track.
