I had repair service provided by this company for LG dishwasher. The repairman came five times to fix it and could not fix it. He always came without the parts he had ordered or came with a wrong part. Once he spent more than 2 hour before he figured out that the part was wrong. Sixth time he called just before schedule service time to tell me the part was wrong. This has been going on for the last 5 months. When they called 7th time to make an appointment and I complained about past experiences, tlhe waoman who called was nasty and told me we are busy. I would not have them do any work if they were not sent by LG company. Do not give them your business. I would give them ZERO stars but the system would not take it without at least one star Cons: Bad attitude, up prepared repair persons more
