Brickhouse Bridal is a beautiful store. While I did not find the dress of my dreams there, I was impressed with the entire staff. The owner, as well as several other attendants, provided guidance on which dresses are best for my body type - something I greatly appreciated. I never felt forced into purchasing anything and actually the dress they recommended was half the price of some others I tried on. I felt very confident that they knew what they were talking about and were steering me in the right direction. They really do want to make sure you find the dress that is right for YOU. \r

They have a decent selection compared to other stores in Houston. There are stores with many more options, but Brickhouse is definitely worth a visit. They have a wide range of prices as well. \r

The only con is that I'm a size 8 and several of the sample dresses I wanted to try on were WAY too small for me. I think I'm a pretty average size, so it was shocking to me that some of the dresses were so small! Usually the samples are big so that they can clip them in. I left there feeling fat and disgusting, which was a bit depressing. (The other brides-to-be who were shopping at the same time were about 20 years old and stick thin.) \r

A good friend of mine and her 3 sisters all bought their dresses at Brickhouse and they highly recommend the store. That's why I decided to visit, and it really is a nice place. The owner is just as sweet as she can be and you can tell she really loves finding people ""their"" perfect dress. She is wonderful. I just want to feel pretty when I try on a dress and not like a huge cow!
Pros: Good Service, Knowledgable Staff, Easy Parking, Good Range of Prices
Cons: Sample Sizes Too Small
