I started practicing yoga with Suze in 2001 to mend my bad back and gained so much more! With the guidance of Suze and all the amazing instructors at DPYP, I have reduced stress and anxiety, learned how to breathe and gained strength and flexibility I never knew possible. After a few weeks, my low back pain virtually disappeared. I look forward to my 90 minutes on the mat to rest my mind and energize my body. Suze has created the most amazing and healing power yoga! I only wish I could get there more often!
