I've been a Suze Power Yogi for over 7 years and yes, this is the most exhilerating and rewarding workout for everyone out there. The great thing is that even if you are a beginner, there are different levels for each pose and you are allowed to go at your own pace. I am a true devotee and cannot say enough about the mental, physical and psycological benefits this class offers. You walk out feeling as if you've gone through a full blown detox in an an hour and a half. For people that absolutely thrive on challenges, this is the most physically challenging regimen out there. Try it, you may just love it! BALANCE IS KEY.
Pros: Layed back, great instructors, great location, variety of classes.
