I spend a lot of time taking care of other people, to the point that ""I"" get lost in the shuffle. The great thing about Suze's is that she and each of her instructors reiterate all thru class that your time on your mat is about taking care of yourself for a change, and believe it or not, taking care of myself is something I have to be reminded to do. This studio is about spiritual, emotional, and physical health, not just whether you're getting the pose right. Suit up, show up, and do the best you can do on that day, in that moment. It's all about SELF at Suze's--discovering it, recharging it, and taking that growth out in the world with you when leave.
